摘  要:双管联动自动机因工作原理所致,停止射击后必然有一侧身管中有一发炮弹留在膛内。火炮在连续射击过程中,由于高温、高压及高速流动的火药气体所引起的身管壁温升高,有可能导致弹药在留膛时发生自燃现象,造成机毁人亡的灾难。此外在行军状态或在战备状态,弹膛内有一发实弹,对战士造成心理危惧等不安全因素影响。通过分析该原理自动机的工作原理和运动特点,提出了一种解决留膛弹问题的思路。Because of operation principle limit of twin-barreled linked automatic mechanism,there was certainly one projectile stayed in bore in the one side barrel at the end of fire.In the continuous fire process of gun,because ofthe temperature rise of barrel wall resulted from high temperature,high pressure and high speedrunning of powder gas,this could result in projectile stayed in bore to take place the spontaneous combustion phenomenon,and cause the serious accident and disaster.In addition,experienced in the march status or war preparedness status,there was one projectile stayed in bore,this could bring inthe influence of insecurity factors on soldiers to generate mentality fear etc.By means of analy-zing the working principle and running characteristics of the twin-barreled linked automatic mechanism,a kind of the project that solves the problem of projectile stayed in bore was put forward.
