摘　　要：有效地估计NaI(Tl)仪器谱的散射本底可提高仪器的分析精度。本文提出了一种基于傅里叶变换的散射本底估计方法。通过在模拟谱线和实测NaI(Tl)仪器谱上的应用,表明该方法适用于NaI(Tl)仪器谱数据处理,能自主、有效估计散射本底。Effectively estimating the scatter background can improve the precision of spectrum resolution.A method of estimating the background based on the Fourier transform was introduced.Applying the method to both the synthesized spectrum and measured spectrum,the results show that the method can estimate the background automatically and accurately.
