摘  要:以烤烟K326为材料,从第6片叶出现至成苗,每天于日落后采用光强约为70μmol.m-2.s-1的人工光源照射烟苗4 h,研究利用弱光延长光照时间对温室烟苗光合作用与生长的影响。结果表明:烟苗经过弱光延长光照时间处理后,光饱和点(LSP)和最大净光合速率(Pn max)没有明显变化,而光补偿点(LCP)明显下降,在弱光下的Pn和表观量子效率(AQY)明显升高;叶绿素a、b含量明显升高,叶绿素a/b值明显下降。利用弱光延长光照时间可以提高烟苗的日光合总量,增加烟苗光合生产能力,并促进烟苗的全面生长,提高烟苗的素质。Effects of prolonged weak light duration on photosynthesis and growth of greenhouse tobacco seedlings were studied to provide useful references for the improvement of tobacco seedling management. Tobacco seedlings of flue-cured tobacco K326 were irradiated by artificial light source with intensity of 70 6 leaf stage to seedling establishment. Results showed no change thetie rate ( P ) after prolonging light duration by using weak μmol · m·2. s - 1 for 4 hours daily after sunset starting from for light saturation point (LSP) and maximum net photosynlight. However, light compensation point (LCP) decreased, Pn under weak light and apparent quantum yield (AQY) increased. Content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b increased while the value of chlorophyll a/b decreased. Prolonging light duration by using weak light can enhance daily photosynthesis and photosynthetic production capacity, promote seedlings growth and hence improve quality .
