摘　　要：涤纶差别化纤维的染整加工,前处理采用190℃、30 s坯布预定形,以防止布面产生折皱,提高面料的弹性;确定最佳减量率为11%～13%;采用分散染料120℃染色;选用低温增白剂在定形机上涤加白发色一步完成,减少能耗、水耗;后整理选用亲水性柔软剂和抗静电剂,赋予面料丝质感。Dyeing and finishing process of polyester differential fiber is introduced. That is pretreating temperature 190 ℃ and presetting time 30 s in order to prevent wrinkle formation and enhance the flexibility of the fabric; the best deweighting rate of 11% - 13% with alkali; disperse dyeing at 120℃, or one step whitening and dyeing in the heat setting machine with low temperature whitening agent; and post finishing with hydrophilic softener and antistatic agents to give silk luster and handle of fabrics.
