摘　　要：还原染料染色织物,通常在烧碱-保险粉浴中进行剥色(减色)处理。由于还原染料的耐还原稳定性好,与棉纤维的结合力高,生产中实际剥色(减色)率较低,仅为20%左右,达不到修色或复染的要求。施加适量剥色剂DA-BS 800,可将还原染料的剥色率提高至80%,满足后续复染的要求。Stripping of vat dyeings is carried out in alkali-sodium hydrosulfite bath traditionally. Because of good reduction resistance and high bond stability, stripping rate of the vat dyeings in practical production is only 20%. A new stripping agent DA-BS 800 is used, it can stripe vat dyes in the fabric, the stripping rate can reach about 80% , which can meet the requirement of the subsequent re-dyeing.
