我国区域人力资本投资主体结构与竞争力关系研究

摘　　要：运用偏最小二乘(PLS)通径分析方法,建立了区域人力资本投资对经济综合竞争力影响模型;采用横截面数据,实证分析了人力资本主体投资结构对经济综合竞争力的作用通经关系.研究结果表明,区域人力资本投资可以很大程度的解释其经济综合竞争力;其中,企业起着积极正向的主导作用,政府主要起着间接调控促进作用,家庭与个人起着一定程度的反向作用.Based on Partial Least Square modelt,he paper proposes a human capital investmenteconomic compe-titiveness model.Using cross section data,analysis of the relationship between the human capital investors structure and the competitiveness of the economy.The results shows that regional investment in human capital can explain a large degree of competitiveness of its economyt;he enterprise plays a leading role in a positive attitudet,he government plays a regulatory rolea,nd family and individual plays a minor role.
