摘　　要：当下中国的公共领域正在蓬勃兴起,并展现出浓重的法治诉求。特别是"医改"的议题设置及其"问题化"、方向讨论中的利益博弈、"案件"披露的制度性反思等等,在公共领域中形成了巨大的"层级"共振和溢散效应,不仅对公共政策合法性进行了民主化供给和时代重建,也为民主法治进程提供了新兴动力和支撑。The public sphere in recent China is rising and flourishing with strong appeal of rule of law.The medical system reform's topic settings,interests gambling in direction discussion and institutional reflections on case disclosing,which have created tremendous hierarchical resonance and dissipating effects in public sphere,not only provide democratized supplies and time reconstruction for public policy legitimacy,but also offer new impetus and support for the progress of democracy and the rule of law.
