南水北调中线工程汉丹流域生态经济圈建设的构想

摘　　要：南水北调中线工程是一项巨大的系统工程,水源区气候条件、地质结构、污染源等对生态经济的影响与破坏,对该地区经济社会发展产生影响。水源区应加快产业结构调整,转变生产方式,以环境保护为前提,以生态绿色经济、生态旅游经济与环保高新技术为支撑,以治污为突破口,以集约化生态家园建设为支点,建立国家补偿机制为动力,开发建设汉丹流域生态经济圈。South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project is a huge and complex systematic project.The author analysed its impact and damage on the eco-environment and economic development caused by the local climate condition,geographical structure and pollution source.Based on this,the author held that it is better to construct Han-Dan eco-economic circle by speeding the upgrading of industry structure and transformation production methods on the basis of eco-green economy,eco-tourism economy and high-tech of environmental protection,with pollution-control as the breakthrough and with construction of intensive ecological family as the pivot and with establishment of the state compensation system as driving force.
