摘　　要：管控一体柔性装配线管控策略实验平台是一个研究特定装配线软硬件架构与管控策略的智能平台。文章首先对特定实验对象——管控一体柔性装配线进行定义,再对解析出的柔性装配因子进行分类,并详细阐述了实验平台的构建与运作原理;其次根据实验平台的逻辑架构与功能原理,构建了其软硬件架构体系;最后举例进一步说明实验操作流程,证明了该平台的科学性与可操作性。The experimental platform for the strategy of the integrated management and control of flexible assembly line is an intelligent platform used in the research of the hardware and software architectures and the management and control strategy of a specific assembly line. Firstly, the management and control integrated flexible assembly line, the specific experimental object in this paper, is defined, and the analyzed flexible as- sembly factors are classified and the principles for constructing and operating the experimental platform are expounded. Secondly, the hardware and software architectures of the experimental platform are built on the basis of its logic architecture and function theory. Finally, the scientificity and maneuverability of the experimental platform are testified by the illustration of experimental operation flow.
