摘  要:准直光束是光学检验以及对光学仪器进行标定时最为常用的光束,光束自身的准直性是对光束性能评价的重要指标。本文提出了一种基于全内反射的检测方法,通过检测斜方棱镜发生两次全内反射后出射光斑的能量分布,判断待测光束的准直性,并利用缩束透镜提高检测灵敏度。分析讨论了影响该方法精度的因素,理论上估算出了检测精度。实验结果表明,该检测方法有很高的检测分辨率,可达到5″或更小。The collimated beam has various applications in the optical test and optical instrument calibrating. A novel method based on the total internal reflection for testing light collimation is put forward in this paper. The collimation of the beam is achieved by detecting the intensity distribution of the beam spot on the detector, before which the total internal reflection happens twice by the prism. And a beam contracting unit which is useful for improving the sensitivity of the detection system is introduced. The factors that affect the precision are discussed and the theoretical analysis is done. The experimental results show that a precision below 5" can be achieved.
