摘 要:目的:探讨三维对比增强磁共振尿路造影(3D-ceMRU)在泌尿系病变诊断中的价值。方法:对45例泌尿系病变的患者行3D-ceMRU扫描及三维重建。结果:3D-ceMRU结合MRI平扫及增强扫描对泌尿系病变定位诊断率达100%。可满意显示病变的部位、形态、大小及数量。并可粗略评价肾功能及肾积水程度。结论:3D-ceMRU对泌尿系病变的诊断率高,无创且安全,是最佳显示方法之一。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of 3D-excretory contrast-enhanced MRU (3D-ceMRU) in the diag- nosis of urologic diseases. Methods: Forty-five patients with urologic diseases had MRI and MRU. 3D-ceMRU was performed by 3D SPGR, and 3D reconstruction MIP from source images were acquired. Results: 3D-ceMRU demonstrated the localiza- tion of urologic diseases was 100% in all cases, and in congenital abnormalies, urinary lithiasis, and stenotic urinary tract dis- eases if combined with plain and contrast-enhanced MRI. 3D-ceMRU could satisfactorily display the location, shape, size and quantity of diseases, and could roughly evaluate renal function and the degree of hydronephrosis. Conclusion: 3D-ceMRU is a safe and noninvasive technique. This technique has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of many urologic diseases and it is one of the best way for showing these diseases.
