苦碟子联合前列地尔治疗54例早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察和分析苦碟子联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法回顾性分析54例早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组和治疗组两组,对照组采用前列地尔治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予苦碟子治疗。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖和24h尿微量蛋白的变化,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦碟子联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果可靠,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To observe and analyze the China Ixeris combine with alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and summarize its clinical value. Methods 54 patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group was treated with alprostadil, the treatment group were observed on the basis of the treatment given to China Ixeris. Fasting blood glucose were observed before and after treatment and 24 h urine protein changes,the effect of treatment were compared. Results There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion China Ixeris combine with alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is worth learning and promotion.
