摘  要:[目的]探明3株降烟草特有亚硝胺含量的内生细菌菌株W1、W2、W3的生物学特性。[方法]选用不同的培养基,设置时间、温度、pH梯度,测定不同培养条件下菌液的生长情况。[结果]W1的最佳培养基为TSB,最佳培养时间为8 h,最适培养温度为25~32℃,最适pH为7.0;W2的最佳培养基为TSB,最佳培养时间为24 h,最适培养温度为25℃,最适pH为6.5;W3的最佳培养基为TSB,最佳培养时间为16 h,最适培养温度为25~28℃,最适pH为6.0。[结论]该研究为菌株进一步开发利用提供理论依据。[Objective] The aim of the study was to explore the biological characteristic of three endogenous bacteria of reducing TSNA.[Method] By selecting different culture medium,the growth state of the bacteria under different conditions were measured,such as time,temperature,pH gradient,the biological characteristics of three bacteria were obtained.[Result]The result showed that the optimum cultural condition of W1 was culture medium of TSB,cultivation time of 8 h,temperature of 25-32 ℃,pH of 7.0;The optimum cultural condition of W2 was culture medium of TSB,cultivation time of 24 h,temperature of 25 ℃,pH of 6.5;The optimum cultural condition of W3 was culture medium of TSB,cultivation time of 16 h,temperature of 25-28 ℃,pH of 6.0.[Conclusion] The analysis and deter mination of the optimum growth condition of the bacteria had an great significance for the further use of the strains.
