核桃叶水浸液对商洛黄芩种子萌发和幼苗酶活性的影响

摘　　要：[目的]以商洛黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)种子为材料,研究不同浓度核桃(Juglans regia.L)叶水浸液对黄芩种子萌发和幼苗酶活性的影响。[方法]采用生物测定法观测黄芩种子萌发和幼苗酶活性状况。[结果]低浓度的核桃叶浸提液对商洛黄芩种子的萌发和幼苗酶活性[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氢化氢酶(CAT)]有明显的化感促进作用;随着水浸液浓度的提升,其对受体的促进作用逐渐减弱、消失,表现为抑制作用。[结论]核桃叶水浸液可以在某种程度上促进黄芩种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,这将为合理利用核桃的化感作用进行间作套种提供理论指导。[Objective]To study the effect of different concentrations of aqueous extract from J.regia L.leaf on the seed germination and seedling enzymatic activity of S.baicalensis Georgi in Shangluo.[Method]The bioassay method was adopted to observe the seed germination and seedling enzymatic activity of S.baicalensis Georgi.[Result]Low concentration of aqueous extract promoted the seeds germination and seedling enzymatic activity（SOD,POD and CAT） of S.baicalensis Georgi;but with the increasing concentration of the water extract,the promoting role gradually decreased,disappeared and even changed into inhibition role.[Conclusion]The aqueous extract of J.regia L.could promote the seeds germination and seedling enzymatic activity of S.baicalensis Georgi to some extent,which provided theoretical support for rationally utilizing the allelopathy of S.baicalensis Georgi and its intercropping.
