摘 要:[目的]研究山药对土壤中重金属的吸收规律。[方法]选择Cu、Zn、Pb、Mn、Ni、Cr 6种重金属进行试验分析。分别对土样和山药样品进行消解,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法进行测定,研究怀山药对土壤重金属元素的吸收富集规律。[结果]研究区土壤中重金属含量符合国家二级土壤环境质量标准,Cr和Cu元素达到国家一级土壤环境质量标准;山药与土壤中Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr、Pb、Mn的相关系数分别为0.975、0.956、0.574、0.330、0.500、-0.044。并且山药对不同金属元素的富集能力表现为Cu>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cr>Pb。[结论]研究区重金属含量符合国家二级土壤环境质量标准,Cr和Cu元素达到国家一级土壤环境质量标准;山药中Cu、Pb、Cr含量均未超出粮食标准,Mn、Zn、Ni在粮食标准中没列出,故不作评价。[Objective]The aim was to study the characteristics of using yam to absorb heavy metal in the soil.[Method]Six kinds of heavy metal(Cu,Zn,Pb,Mn,Ni,and Cr) were chosen for analysis.Soil and yam were used for absorption.Fire atom absorption spectroscopic methodology was applied for detection.The rules of using yam to absorb heavy metal in the soil were studied.[Result]The heavy metal content in the soil was corresponding to the national secondary soil environment quality standard.Cr and Cu elements reached national first soil environment quality standard.The relevant coefficient of Cu,Zn,Ni,Cr,Pb,Mn was 0.975,0.956,0.574,0.330,0.500 and-0.044.And the enrichment of different heavy metal of yam varies as the following tendency: Cu ZnMnNi CrPb.[Conclusion]The heavy metal content in the study area was corresponding to the national secondary environment quality standard and Cr and Cu elements reached national first soil environment quality standard.The Cu,Pb and Cr content in the yam failed to pass crops standard.Mn,Zn and Ni were not listed in the crops standard and thus was not evaluated.
