摘 要:[目的]优选防风色原酮的微波辅助提取工艺。[方法]以升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量为指标,考察了料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间和提取温度对防风色原酮含量的影响。[结果]防风微波提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶30(g/ml),乙醇浓度70%,提取温度90℃,提取时间3 min。[结论]微波提取技术具有时间短、效率高的优点,可较好地用于防风色原酮的提取。[Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions of chromone from Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.) Schischk.by microwave.[Methods] The contents of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside were taken as indices;and the effects of solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction time and temperature on chromones content were studied.[Result] the optimal microwave condition was as follows: 1∶30 solid-liquid ratio,70% ethanol content,90 ℃ extraction temperature and 3 min extraction time.[Conclusion] The extraction chromones from S.divaricata by microwave was found to be a rapid and efficient extraction method with short time and high production yield.
