摘 要:[目的]探讨巨紫荆优良新品系快速繁殖方法。[方法]采用实生繁殖和嫁接技术对巨紫荆优良新品系进行快繁。[结果]沙藏45d的种子发芽最快,出苗率最高,达83.5%,清水浸泡3 d处理的种子发芽最迟,出苗率最低,仅35.4%;春季采用劈接和插皮接,成活率在95%以上;夏季生长期采用"T"字形芽接、大方块芽接和带木质芽接,成活率均在98%以上。[结论]嫁接繁殖成活率高于实生繁殖,可作为主要的繁殖方法。[Objective] The aim of the study was to seek rapid propagation methods of superior Cercis gigantea lines.[Method] Propagation technologe of seedling seeds and grafting were used to multiply quickly superior Cerci sgigantea lines.[Result]The results showed that the seeds storaged 45 d in sand shooted in the leasest time,and had the highest germination percentage of 83.5%;the germination percentage of seeds by soaking 3 d in water was the lowest,only 35.4%.The vigour rate of strains researched above 95% by stem grafting in spring such as spliting and barking,the survival rate researched above 98% by bud grafting such as "T" shaped budding,big box budding and grafting with wood in summer.[Conclusion]The survival rate of grafting propagation was supeior to seedling seeds,so it was the main propagation method.
