摘　　要：阐述了基于WebGIS的作物生产信息系统和设计、功能及其实现。系统实现了农作物空间信息的在线发布、讨论主题的查看、发表和回复以及论坛管理等功能,可及时发布有关优质作物种植区域分布、栽培面积、产量、栽培技术、作物病虫害防治等信息,为专家和农民构建一个有效的网络信息交互平台。The paper expounds the design,functions and implementation of the WebGIS-based crop production information system,which realizes the aim of theme browse,theme publication,theme reply,registration,forum admin and the publication of crop geospatial data online,achieves the more efficient publication of some crop information involving the planning area,yield,cultivation technique,pests and diseases control and so on,and provides the experts and farmers with an effective network information exchange platform.
