摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,从青少年足球运动员选材角度出发,比较分析中、外青少年足球运动员选材选用身体素质指标的特点,借鉴国外先进的理念和方法,为我国青少年足球运动员科学选材提供理论和实践上的参考。Based on the methods of documentary data and interview, the thesis will comparatively analyse the characters of youth soccer players＇ evaluation indicators from the angle of youth athlete selection, researches of scientific talent selection of youth football players in recent years has an expectation on researches of this field. By means of learning the advanced concepts and expertise from foreign countries, in order that provide references for the coaches and researchers of this field in theory and practice.
