摘　　要：在目前的医疗生态环境下,三级医院产科、新生儿科医疗资源紧张性医疗风险的问题日益凸显。构建一整套紧密联系、相互配合的医疗资源紧张性医疗风险防范和化解制度体系,具有很强的紧迫性和现实意义。文章通过医院实际工作情况的体会,探索产科、新生儿科资源紧张性医疗风险的管理对策。In recent medical environment, the problem of medical risks caused by the strain of medical resources in obstetrics and neonatology in the third level hospital becomes more and more prominent. It＇s urgent to establish a complete system with tight connection and cooperation to prevent the medical risks and resolve problems caused by strains of medical The paper analyzed the problems existed in recent hospital management and raised corresponding countermeasures to resolve the problems in the future.
