急性化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎手术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨能够缩短化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎疗程,降低耳廓畸形发生率且具个体化的局部治疗方法。方法回顾分析1989年4月～2010年2月我科诊治的25例化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎的临床资料。除进行抗生素治疗外,局部治疗方法包括清创术后重新行耳甲腔成行术;脓腔穿刺置静脉留置针进行持续负压引流;清创后创腔置管引流。结果自定义疗效评定标准为显效、有效、好转和无效。治疗结束3个月后评定效果,显效8例,有效16例,好转1例。结论针对不同诱发因素,运用不同的个体化局部治疗方法,可有效提高化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎临床疗效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the methods of shorten the course of suppurative perichondritis of auricle,and reduced the incidence of auricular malformations with individual local treatments.METHODS Retrospective analysis was done to the clinical data of 25 cases with suppurative perichondritis of auricle retrospective from April 1989 to February 2010.The local treatment methods in addition to antibiotic treatment included plasty of the cavity of auricular concha after debridement,indwelling needle puncture negative pressure drainage and drainage tube placing.RESULTS The final treatment efficacy was divided into marked effected,effected,improved and no-effected 4 groups.After 3 months treatment,8 cases were marked effected,16 were effected and 1 case was improved.CONCLUSION The use of 3 different individual local treatment predisposing different factor can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of suppurative perichondritis of auricle.
