摘 要:采用微波辅助低温法在玻璃表面制备锐钛矿结构的二氧化钛薄膜,并与传统溶胶凝胶法制备的薄膜进行了对比。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析技术,对其物相及显微结构进行了表征;在波长为254nm的紫外灯照射下,对TiO2薄膜光催化降解皮革废水前后COD值变化作了研究,探讨了不同光催化条件、皮革废水初始COD浓度及pH值对COD去除率的影响。结果表明:与传统溶胶凝胶法制备的薄膜相比,微波辅助低温制备的薄膜光催化效果更好。当废水初始COD值在750~1500mg/L之间、pH值为4.0、在25℃紫外灯照射10.0h时,光催化效果最佳,COD去除率高达80.1%。The anatase TiO2 films were prepared on glass substrates through microwave assisted method in low temperature. The phase and morphology of as - prepared samples were characterized by X - Ray Diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy analyses. The photo catalytic activity in leather wastewater under the radiation of ultraviolet lamp with wavelength of 254nm was also investigated by measuring COD of the wastewater before and after treatment. And the effects of photocatalytic reaction conditions, initial concentrations of leather wastewater and pH values on the decomposing were systematically studied. The results indicate that photocatalytic degradation of TiO2 film prepared by microwave - assisted low - temperature method is better than film obtained by conventional sol - gel method. COD removal rate of wastewater is 80. 1% with a concentration of wastewater between 750mg/L and 1 500mg/L, pH of 4.0, and radiation time is 10. Oh at 25℃.
