摘  要:目的探讨血尿酸与老年陈旧性心肌梗死后心脏重塑的相关性。方法收集冠状动脉造影证实的≥60岁陈旧性心肌梗死患者246例,其中,超声心动图检测左心室舒张末直径(LVDd)男性>55 mm,女性>50 mm共89例归为缺血性心肌病(ICM)组〔LVDd(60.74±5.79)mm;〕而LVDd男性≤55 mm,女性≤50 mm共157例归为非ICM组〔LVDd(47.55±4.42)mm〕。分析ICM组与非ICM组间血尿酸浓度差异。结果血尿酸浓度ICM组(444.66±160.97μmol/L,P<0.001)较非ICM组(372.59±131.31μmol/L)显著增高;血尿酸浓度与LVDd显著正相关(r=0.312,P<0.001)。结论老年冠心病陈旧性心肌梗死并发ICM患者血尿酸浓度显著增高,血尿酸与梗死后心脏重塑显著正相关。Objective To investigate the association of plasma uric acid with post-infarction cardiac remodeling in elderly with old myocardial infarction.Methods 246 patients aged 60 years and older with angiography confirmed coronary heart disease old myocardial infarction were collected.Among them,89 patients with left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVDd) male55 mm,female50 mm(LVDd(60.74 ± 5.79) mm) measured by M-mode echocardiography were divided into ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM) group,the other 157 patients with LVDd male≤55 mm,female≤50 mm(LVDd(47.55 ± 4.42)mm) were divided into non-ICM group.The difference in plasma uric acid concentration was analyzed between ICM and non-ICM group.Results The plasma uric acid concentration was significantly increased in ICM group compared with non-ICM group(P0.001).Plasma uric acid concentration was positively related to LVDd significantly(r=0.312,P0.001).Conclusions Plasma uric acid concentration is significantly increased and positively related to post-infarction cardiac remodeling significantly in elderly patients with ICM complicated with old myocardial infarction.
