摘 要:分别考察了6种基础油和5种改性剂对老化沥青再生效果的影响,通过优化制备出了新型老化道路沥青再生剂。结果表明,优选出蜡油C与蜡油E做再生剂的调和基础油,二者质量比以2:1为宜;改性剂羟基苯甲酸酯对再生沥青延度的改善效果最明显;将调和基础油与羟基苯甲酸酯混合(二者质量比为80/20)可作为沥青再生剂的主要成分,在其中加入防老剂与紫外线吸收剂,可制备出合成沥青再生剂。当后者加入质量分数为8%时,再生沥青的低温延度、软化点和针入度均恢复到50 A新沥青水平。合成沥青再生剂综合效果优于所选的进口与国产沥青再生剂。The influences of 6 base oils and 5 modifiers on the regeneration of the aged road asphalt were investigated.A new recycling agent was prepared by selecting and blending base oils and modifiers.The results showed that wax oil C and E had better performances.The optimal mass blending ratio of them was 2/1.In the 5 modifiers,hydroxyl-benzoic acid ester had the most remarkable effect on improving the ductility of asphalt.The blended base oils and the ester were mixed at the mass ratio 80 to 20 for producing the recycling agent.Then,an antiager and an ultraviolet absorber were added into it.Adding prepared recycling agent of mass fraction of 8% in the aged asphalt,the low temperature ductility,softening point and penetration of the recycled asphalt were all restored to the level of fresh 50 A asphalt.The performance of the prepared recycling agent was better than that of the selected import and domestic recycling agents.
