摘　　要：为适应海底油气能源输送的需要,湘钢展开了大量研究,以低碳微合金化配合适当的控轧控冷工艺,成功地试制了大壁厚海底管线X70钢板。In order to meet the demand of offshore pipeline for oil and gas transmission,Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Corp.has implemented a large number of research and successfully developed heavy wall thickness offshore pipeline steel X70 with low carbon microalloying and controlled rolling and controlled cooling TMCP processing.
