截敏祛风汤治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效与疗程研究

摘　　要：目的以西替利嗪作对照,通过疗效观察及随访,评价"截敏祛风汤"治疗PAR的临床疗效,探讨其服用疗程。方法①采用随机、对照的临床试验方法 ,将120例PAR患者分为"截敏祛风汤"治疗组和西替利嗪对照组,每组60例。疗程结束后进行近期、远期疗效比较,验证中药治疗AR的疗效及优势。②治疗组部分患者,在结束2周治疗后继续延长疗程至4周、4周以上,再次进行疗效评价,探讨中药疗效与疗程间关系。结果①"截敏祛风汤"和西替利嗪均能有效改善PAR患者的过敏症状,二者的近期疗效相近;远期疗效上,前者优于后者(P<0.05)。②中药组不同疗程间的疗效比较显示:4周与2周组的总有效率相近,但前者的显效率明显高于后者(P点点<0.05);>4周与4周组患者的总有效率与显效率均无明显差异。结论①"截敏祛风汤"治疗PAR疗效确切,尤其体现在远期疗效上优于西替利嗪,药效持久。②充分发挥中药治疗AR的疗效,需要一定时段的疗程,推荐4周。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of JIEM1NQUFENG decoetion（JMQF） on perennial allergic rhinitis（PAR）and prob into its optimum course. Methods 120 PAR patients were randomly divided as JMQF group and cetirizine group,each was 60 patients. When 2 weeks treatment finished, comparison were made on the shore-term effect and late effect between the two groups.In the mean time, some patients of treating group prolonged their treatment course to 4 weeks or longer, then make a comparison between the different treatment-course groups. Results Both JMQF and Cetirizine can effectively approve the allergic symptoms of PAR patients, they are similar in the short-term effect.Whereas, the JMQF is more superior to Cetirizine in the late effect.The comparison of different treatment-course of JMQF show： the total effective rate of 2 and 4 weeks are similar, but the excellent of 4weeks is remarkably higher than 2weeks（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The study verifies the effection and superiority of JMQF.And it needs some period to produce the best therapeutic action. In our eyes, we think 4weeks is appropriate.
