兔的右室流出道室性心动过速对交感神经的影响

摘  要:目的探讨兔的右室流出道室性心动过速(室速)与交感神经的关系。方法兔20只随机分为室速组和对照组,每组10只,通过将电极放置右室流出道心外膜,以180次/分频率起搏构建室速模型,对照组不予起搏,待120 min后立即取出左右流出道及左心尖游离壁心肌组织。用免疫组化方法检测酪氨酸羟化酶(tyrosine hydroxylase,Th)染色阳性的交感神经纤维,观察其分布及密度变化,其密度采用阳性纤维或结构的面积在选区的面积比表示(μm2/mm2)。结果室速组左右流出道及左心尖游离壁心肌组织交感神经密度明显高于对照组(P<0.0001),其分布呈不均一性。结论右室流出道室速可致交感神经重构。Objective To investigate the relation of sympathetic innervation with right ventricular outflow tract(RVOT)tachycardia in rabbits.Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: ventricular tachycardia group and control group.Each group ten rabbits.Ventricular tachycardia was produced by pacing at 180 bumps/min at the RVOT.After 120 minutes,two side wall of ventricle and the free wall of left ventricular were immediately left.Immunocytochemical staining of sympathetic nerves was performed using anti-tyrosine hydroxylase(Th)antibodies.Then the distribution and density were observed,in which the desity was presented as the area ratio of the positive fibers or structure in the whole area(μm2/mm2).Results In ventricular tachycardia group,the density of Th positive nerves in two side wall of ventricle and the free wall of left ventricular was much higher than control group.The heterogeneous distribution in Th in the RVOT tachycardia group were also found.Conclusion RVOT tachycardia could cause reconfiguration of sympathetic nerve.
