茵陈五苓散对小鼠心脏移植排斥反应的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药茵陈五苓散对大鼠心脏移植排斥反应抑制作用的效果及机制。方法将实验动物随机分为两组,即对照组与实验组,腹部触诊观察移植心脏存活时间,移植7天后部分心脏做病理检查,取脾脏行脾细胞培养,并检测脾细胞培养液中白细胞介素(IL)2、4、6及干扰素(IFN)-γ的浓度。结果与对照组相比,实验组心脏移植物存活时间明显延长(P<0.05),病理显示明显抑制了心脏移植物血管病变,且脾细胞培养液中IL-2、IL-4、IL-6浓度无差别,但IFN-γ的浓度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论茵陈五苓散能明显地延长大鼠心脏移植物的存活时间。Objectives To discuss the inhibitory effect and mechnism of Yinchenwuling Powder on rejection reaction of heart transplantation in mice.Methods All the recipients were divided into 2 groups at random： control group and experimental group.Suvival latitude of graft was assessed daily by palpation for evidence of constriction.Allografts of 6 recipients from each group were harvested at day 7 for histological studies.The levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IFN-γ in the culture solution of recipients＇ spleen cells were measured.Results Compared with control group,experimental group showed a significant prolongation of graft survival（P0.05）.After treatment with Yinchenwuling Powder,mice had significantly less graft vasculopathy than mice receiving distrilled water.There was no significant decrease in expression of IL-2,IL-4 and IL-6,but in IFN-γ（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment with Yinchenwuling Powder induce a significant prolongation of survival of fully allogeneic cardiac allograft.
