肥胖与结合珠蛋白及瘦素相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肥胖与正常人血清结合珠蛋白水平的差异及其与瘦素的关系。方法以酶联免疫法检测性别、年龄相匹配的超重、肥胖和体检健康者各30例的血清结合珠蛋白水平,同时测定腰围、身高、体重、瘦素等临床指标。结果与正常对照组相比,肥胖和超重两组的平均血清结合珠蛋白水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且肥胖组结合珠蛋白水平比超重组明显升高(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,结合珠蛋白与瘦素、体重指数和腰围呈正相关;结合珠蛋白与体重指数和腰围的相关性较瘦素明显。结论结合珠蛋白可能是肥胖症一种新的候选标志物,还可能与瘦素共同参与了肥胖的发生和发展。Objective To investigate the concentration of serum haptoglobin（HP）and the relationship between HP and leptin in obese and healthy subjects.Methods Total 90 cases were selected and studied（30 cases in overweight group,30 cases in obesity group and 30 cases with normal body mass index（BMI）served as control）.The concentrations of fasting HP,leptin were seperately measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.BMI,waistline and other clinical parameters were also measured.Results Compared with control group,the levels of HP were significantly higher in both overweight and obesity groups（P0.05）.The HP level of obesity group was also higher than that of overweight group（P0.05）.There was positive correlation between HP and leptin,BMI or waistline.The correlation of serum HP and BMI or waistline was higher compared with serum leptin.Conclusion Haptoglobin would be a new marker of obesity.Haptoglobin and leptin may play an important role in the pathogenesis of obesity.
