低速离心对面部自体颗粒脂肪移植存活率影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨低速离心对面部自体颗粒脂肪移植存活率的影响。方法:供区局部注射肿胀液后,用20ml注射器行抽吸脂肪,抽吸出的脂肪离心组采用2 000r/min的速度离心2min,对照组则采用生理盐水洗涤、静置分层的方法进行处理。处理后的颗粒状脂肪呈扇形注射于面部皮下层,注射完成后针眼用创口贴覆盖。所有患者研究随访期内皆仅注射一次,注射6个月后由患者本人对手术效果进行评价,结果用满意、一般和不满意表示,然后进行统计学处理。结果:离心组和对照组的满意率分别为37.0%和36.0%,评价为一般的分别为48.1%和48.0%,评价为不满意的分别为14.8%和16.0%,iWlcoxon秩和检验无统计学差异(PiWlcoxon>0.05)。结论:低速离心并不能显著提高面部自体颗粒脂肪移植的存活率。Objective To evaluate the effect of low-speed centrifugation on the survival rate of facial fat autografts.Methods The donor area was first infiltrated with an anesthetic solution.Fat harvesting was performed using a 20-ml syringe.In the control group,fat autografts were washed with normal saline and rested for layering.In the centrifugation group,fat autografts were centrifuged at 2 000 rpm for 2 minutes.In each group,fat autografts were injected subcutaneously in the face in a fan-shaped manner.The injection sites were covered with wound pasters.All patients underwent one injection during the study and the clinical effect of fat autografting was assessed by the patient six months after injection.The clinical effect was classified as satisfactory,neutral,and dissatisfactory.Results The satisfaction rate was 37.0% in the centrifugation group,and was 36.0% in the control group.The neutrality rate was 48.1% in the centrifugation group,and was 48.0% in the control group.The dissatisfaction rate was 14.8% in the centrifugation group,and was 16.0% in the control group.Wilcoxon rank-sum test showed no significant difference in the clinical effect between the two groups（PWilcoxon0.05）.Conclusion Low-speed centrifugation did not improve the survival rate of facial fat autografts.
