微剥脱和像素模式铒激光治疗瘢痕临床体会

摘　　要：目的:评价铒激光治疗凹陷性瘢痕及浅表性瘢痕的疗效。方法:使用波长2940nm Er:YAG铒激光治疗仪,采用"微剥脱模式"及"像素模式"治疗凹陷性瘢痕及浅表性瘢痕。结果:治疗凹陷性瘢痕及浅表性瘢痕105例,其中痊愈47例,显效35例,有效18例,无效5例。凹陷性瘢痕有效率96.78%,浅表性瘢痕有效率93.03%。结论:铒激光是目前治疗凹陷性瘢痕及浅表性瘢痕疗效确切的方法。Objective To evaluate the role of Erbium laser on the treatment of depressed scar and superficial scar.Methods Treat depressed scar and superficial scar by 2940nm Er：YAG Erbium laser with a ＂micro-stripping mode＂ and ＂pixel mode＂.Results 105 patients of depressed scars and superficial scars were treated in our research： curative in 47 cases,markedly effective in 35 cases,effective in 18 cases and ineffective in 3 cases.The total effective rate of depressed scar and superficial scar was 96.78% and 93.03% respectively.Conclusion Erbium laser can be an efficient method in the treatment of depressed scar and superficial scar.
