摘　　要：整形美容是人类需要层次提高而出现的一种新事物,针对人们对整形美容认识的不足,有肯定也有否定,众说纷纭。本文分别从整形美容的定义和分类、整形美容的历史发展以及整形美容作用等方面阐述了整形美容业的发展现状。并从整形美容价值观、整形美容社会宽容性以及个人理性3个方面阐述了整形美容健康发展的3种途径,为整形美容业今后的健康发展起到一定的积极导向作用。Plastic and aesthetic surgery is the freshly arisen thing which is due to the elevating of human demand level.According to current situation that people hold doubts and negative knowledge about plastic and aesthetic surgery.This thesis illustrates the plastic and aesthetic surgery developing status in the following aspects：plastic and aesthetic surgery meaning,classification,historical development and function.This thesis explains the feasibility of plastic and aesthetic industry in the three sides,values of plastic and aesthetic surgery,social tolerance,rationally individual knowledge of public opinion.This provides a certain positive function for the future sound development of plastic and aesthetic industry.
