摘　　要：近年来,随着国内油气供求缺口增大,中国不断加大海外对能源的投资贸易。中国石油企业作为国家能源安全战略实施主体,在跨国经营过程中势必遇到可能影响国内油气供应的一系列风险。在阐述中国石油企业跨国经营风险的基础上,运用SWOT改进模型,分析中国石油企业规避海外投资贸易风险所具有的自身优势、弱势和所面临的机会、威胁以及应对战略,藉以规避跨国经营的风险。In recent years, with increasing gap between supply and demand of domestic oil and gas, China has been continuously expanding foreign investment and trade in energy. As the main implementation of national energy security strategy, Chinese oil companies are bound to encounter a series of risks which may affect our domestic oil and gas supply in the process of multinational operations. This paper Elaborates the risk of China~ multinational oil companies operating , and analyzes the companies＇ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threat and coping strategies in overseas investment and trade.
