摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的用于工业电除尘器的高频高压整流电源,给出了该电源的主电路、驱动电路的设计。电源主电路是由IGBT组成的单相全桥逆变电路,驱动电路采用2ED300C17-S。通过实验可知,所设计出的高频高压整流电源可以很好地满足电除尘器要求,在现场运行稳定可靠。A new type of high-power high frequency high voltage power supply which used for the industrial electrostatic precipitator is introduced.The main circuit of the power supply and the driving circuit are presented.The main circuit is composed of a single-phase IGBT-based full-bridge inverter circuit.The driving circuit uses 2ED300C17-S. The high frequency high voltage power supply can fulfill the demands of the electrostatic precipitator.The power supply operates stable and reliable in the field.
