摘  要:目的观察在腹膜透析液(PDS)中添加丹参酮ⅡA对腹膜透析(PD)患者腹膜水清除的影响。方法 78例置管3个月的PD患者随机均分为两组:试验组在PDS中添加丹参酮ⅡA注射液10mg/2L;对照组PDS中不加药。均行持续非卧床PD治疗。用药3周前后行标准腹膜平衡试验(PET)及Mini-PET。结果与PD前比较,试验组用药后总水清除、自由水清除、4-h尿素氮、肌酐MTAC值均较用药前明显升高(P<0.05),小孔水清除、葡萄糖D/D0均较用药前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在PDS中添加丹参酮IIA可以增加PD患者腹膜小分子溶质转运,并增加腹膜自由水清除及总水清除,对腹膜高转运患者作用也很明显。Objective To investigate the impact of tanshinone ⅡA on the efficacy of peritoneal dialysis(PD) in the patients undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD).MethodsAfter PD catheter had been inserted for 3 months,78 stable CAPD patients were equally randomized into two groups of A(added tanshinone ⅡA 10 mg/2 L in dialysis solution) and B(did not add as the control) Peritoneal dialysis was lasted for 3 weeks.Peritoneal equilibration test(PET) and mini-PET were measured at the beginning and three weeks later.The mass transfer area coefficients(MTACs) of urea,creatinine and volume of ultrafiltration were calculated and compared.Results Compared to before,total ultraltration,free water transport and the MTACs of urea and creatinine after PD were significantly increased,but D/D0 of glucose and ultraltration through the small pores were decreased in group A(P〈0.05).No such differences were found in group B.Conclusion The addition of tanshinone ⅡA into peritoneal dialysis solution can not only increase peritoneal transport of urea and creatinine,but also increase total ultrafiltration and free water transport in the patients undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.
