摘  要:目的探讨骨代谢标志物Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽(P1NP)、β胶原特殊序列(β-Crosslaps)与维持性血透(MHD)患者全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)水平的相关性。方法化学发光法检测96例MHD患者iPTH水平,并以此分为高iPTH水平组(>300ng/L,A组,40例),中iPTH水平组(150~300ng/L,B组,26例)和低iPTH水平组(<150ng/L,C组,30例)。同时测定各组P1NP和β-Crosslaps水平。结果 A组P1NP和β-Crosslaps水平明显高于B、C组(P<0.05)。P1NP、β-Crosslaps与iPTH均呈明显正相关。结论 MHD患者血清P1NP、β-Crosslaps水平与肾性骨病(RBD)存在密切的相关性,可作为RBD早期诊断的指标。Objective To study the correlation between procollagen 1 N-terminal peptide(P1NP,the marker of bone metabolism) and β-Crosslaps and intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH) in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods Serum iPTH was detected by chemiluminescence in 96 MHD patients,who were divided into three groups of A(iPTH 〉300 ng/L,40 cases),B(iPTH 150-300 ng/L,26 cases) and C(iPTH〈150 ng/L,30 cases).P1NP and β-Crosslaps were determined as well.Results Serum levels of P1NP and β-Crosslaps were higher than those of groups of B and C(P〈0.05),which were positively correlated to iPTH.Conclusion Serum levels of P1NP and β-Crosslaps are closely correlated to renal bone disease and can be taken as the markers for early diagnosis of renal bone disease.
