内窥镜额颞部除皱术中内固定的重要性探究

摘　　要：目的探讨内窥镜额颞部除皱术中内固定的重要性。方法自2003年1月至2010年9月，采用内窥镜技术对58例患者进行额颞部除皱，在额部和颞部分别做双侧旁正中切口和双侧颞部切口，将额颞部颞深筋膜浅层剥离后，于颞肌缘骨膜下行广泛剥离，采用钻人颅骨外板的钛合金短螺钉栓挂、固定3条悬吊线拉紧筋膜。结果对所有患者随访3个月至7年，随访1年以上者54例；术后3个月对效果满意者57例，术后1年对效果满意者50例。结论采用钛合金短螺钉行内同定悬吊除皱方法切实可靠，术后效果较理想。Objective To explore the importance of fixation in forehead lifting under endoscope. Methods From January 2003 to September 2010, 58 patients were performed the forehead lifting under endoscope in this study. Bilateral medlateral and temporalis incisions were made in the frontal and temporalis parts respectively, extensive dissection was performed under periosteum along temporal muscle edge after deep temporal fascia in the the frontal and temporalis parts were dissected superficially, and then the titanic mini screw which had drilled into the outer table of skull was adopted to fix the 3 suspended lines for tighting the fascia. Results Follow-up was performed for 3 months to 7 years, with 54 cases over 1 year. About 57 patients were satisfied with the outcomes at 3 months postoperatively, and 50 cases were satisfied at 1 year postoperatively. Conclusion Fixation with titanic mini screw in forehead lifting under endoscope is reliable and the results are promising.
