摘　　要：中国民主革命的先驱和近代民主法治建设的开拓者孙中山先生首创三民主义,并据此提出了民主宪政思想。文章阐述了孙中山宪政思想的产生和发展过程,分析其五权宪法思想的主要内容,探究他宪政思想的当代启迪。Chinese democratic revolution herald and pioneer of modern democracy and the rule of law and construction of Dr Sun Yat-Sen＇s first Three People＇s Principles,and accordingly proposed a democratic constitutional thought.The article discusses the origin and development of Sun Yat-Sen＇s constitutional thought processes,analyses of the main content of The Five-power Constitution Idea,explores the contemporary enlightenment of the constitutional thought.
