健康教育材料“工具箱”与健康教育的社会性

摘　　要：在世界银行禽/人流感信托基金赠款"高致病性禽流感及人流感大流行防控能力建设"项目中设计制作了预防人禽流感健康教育材料"工具箱",该"工具箱"在项目省市的应用大大促进了预防人感染高致病性禽流感的信息传播活动,产生了良好的社会效果。"工具箱"的应用过程是突出健康教育社会性的过程,同时,也促进实现在健康信息传播、健康信息覆盖、健康信息接受和健康信息享用方面的社会公平性。The ＂toolkit＂ of health education materials was designed and developed in the China Capacity Building for Highly Pathogenic Avian/Human Influenza（HPAI） prevention and human influenza pandemic preparedness that supported by World Bank. The application of the ＂toolkit＂ in the project provinces and cities, promoted greatly activities of message communication to prevent human infection of highly pathogenic avian influenza, and brought a good social effect. The application process of the ＂toolkit＂ is to highlight the sociality process of health education and also to promote achieving social fairness in dissemination, coverage, receiving and making use of health messages.
