摘　　要：将甲型H1N1流感疫情防控过程进行建模,形成了3个时期、9个节点。按照节点,对媒体相关报道进行抽样,选择各个节点的典型案例,通过对9个具体情境中风险沟通策略的应用及效果分析,以案例分析的形式全面总结甲型H1N1流感风险沟通。风险沟通是甲型H1N1流感大流行防控过程中的重要环节,良好的风险沟通能够为焦虑的公众提供支持、平复公众的紧张情绪、提供必要的信息、鼓励合作、帮助拯救生命;政府和卫生疾控部门在疫苗接种环节的风险沟通工作仍需提高;卫生疾控部门对微博、网络社区、视频网站等新兴传播手段还没有恰当的应用。Through modeling the process of H1N1 flu, three periods and nine nodes were formed. Basing on the nodes, we sampled the coverage of media and selected typical cases of each node. By using the risk communication strategy of the nine contexts and analyzing the effect, we comprehensively summarized the results of the risk communication of H1N1 flu in the form of case analysis. Risk communication is a key for the prevention process in the A（H1N1） break, a well communication could supply enough encouragement and to the public; however, the skills of risk communication of government and CDC should be improved,; a lot of skills still didn＇t take by the CDC and other department, such as, the micro-blog, BBS, etc.
