摘 要:目的:通过对安徽省寿县肠道传染病流行特征的调查,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法:对2005-2010年安徽省寿县肠道传染病疫情资料进行描述性分析。结果:通过调研表明,2005-2010年的6年间安徽省寿县共报告肠道传染病5类4332例,年报告发病率波动于20.60/10万-179.89/10万,呈上升趋势,其中2010年最高。发病病种以手足口病为主,占61.84%。发病时间集中在4-10月;报告发病存在地区差异,以堰口镇为高发区;散居儿童、农民为主要发病人群,1-岁组发病最多,男女发病率差异有统计学意义(2=371.95,<0.01)。结论:应进一步加强不同地区疫情管理,掌握肠道传染病的主要危险因素,结合疫情时间分布特点,制定针对性的防控措施。Objective: To know about epidemical characteristics of intestinal infectious disease in Shou County and provide scientific evidence for formulating the prevention and control measure. Methods: It was carried out that the descriptive analysis of the intestinal infectious disease epidemics from 2005 to 2010 in Shou county. Results: 4332 cases of 5 types intestinal infectious disease were reported within 6 years in Shou county. The incidence from yearly report fluctuated from 20.6 per 100,000 to 179.89 per 100,000 showing to be upside and peaking in 2010. The major disease was hand-foot-mouth disease accounting for 61.84% and occurred from April to October. The incidence was different between the different areas and high in Yankou town. The major case groups were scattered children and peasants. The 1-year-old group appeared the highest incidence. There was significant difference between male and female (x^2=371.95,P〈0.01). Conclusions: We need to improve the epidemic management in the different areas further and grasp the major risk factors of intestinal infectious disease. The prevention and control measures should be formulated specifically on the basis of considering characteristics of the epidemic time.
