化浊解毒复方对中晚期胃癌血清血管内皮细胞生长因子及环氧化酶-2的影响

摘　　要：目的观察化浊解毒复方对胃癌血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的影响。方法将中晚期胃癌66例随机分为2组,均予FOLFOX4方案化疗。治疗组同时予化浊解毒复方,日1剂,水煎服。以14 d为1个周期,均连续治疗4个周期。2组分别于治疗前、治疗第2、4个周期后观察疗效、生存质量,并检测血清VEGF及COX-2含量。结果治疗组有效率72.22%,对照组有效率46.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生存质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗2个周期后VEGF、COX-2与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗4个周期后VEGF、COX-2与本组治疗2个周期后比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗4个周期后VEGF、COX-2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论化浊解毒复方配合化疗能提高治疗效果,改善患者生存质量,并能显著降低胃癌血清VEGF及COX-2水平。化浊解毒复方对胃癌有较好的疗效,推测其可能通过抑制肿瘤血管生成相关因子来到达治疗作用。Objective To investigate influence of Huazhuojiedu compound on serum vascular endothelial growth factor and cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） in advanced gastric cancer.Methods 66 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were treated by FOLFOX4.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of FOLFOX4 and Huazhuojiedu compound,one dose a day.The therapeutic course was 14 days in two groups.The effects and the quality of life were observed,and the levels of serum VEGF and COX-2 were detected in two groups before treatment and after 2 and 4 courses of treatment.Results The effective rate in treatment group（72.22%） was higher than that in control group（46.67%,P0.05）.The quality of life in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group（P0.05）.There was obvious difference between before treatment and after 2 courses of treatment on VEGF and COX-2 in two groups（P0.05）.There was obvious difference between after 2 courses and 4 courses of treatment on VEGF and COX-2 in two groups（P0.05）.There was obvious difference between two groups on VEGF and COX-2 after 4 courses of treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Huazhuojiedu compound combined with chemotherapy can improve therapeutic effect,improve patients＇ quality of life,and can significantly reduce the gastric serum levels of VEGF and COX-2.Huazhuojiedu compound has a good effect on gastric cancer,may inhibit tumor angiogenesis factor to treat gastric cancer.
