注射用盐酸川芎嗪配合中频电脉冲治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用盐酸川芎嗪静脉滴注配合中频电脉冲治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将60例椎动脉型颈椎病随机分为2组。对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10 mg,每晚1次口服。治疗组予注射用盐酸川芎嗪80 mg,每日1次静脉滴注;同时予中频电脉冲治疗,每次20 min,每日1次(重者每日2次)。2组均以7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程观察疗效。结果治疗14 d时治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率80.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。6个月后随访,治疗组复发率16.7%,对照组复发率37.5%,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用盐酸川芎嗪静脉滴注配合中频电脉冲治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis treated by combination of Ligustrazini hydrochloride injection and intermediate frequency electric pulse.Methods 60 cases of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,10 mg,once oral administration at night.Treatment group received combination of Ligustrazini hydrochloride injection,80 mg,and intermediate frequency electric pulse.The course was seven days in two groups.The therapeutic effect was observed after two courses.Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Recurrence rate in treatment group（16.7%） was lower than that in control group（37.5%,P0.05） follow-up after six months.Conclusion Combination of Ligustrazini hydrochloride injection and intermediate frequency electric pulse has definite effect on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and was worth of application.
