摘 要:为了研究准Z源逆变器的内在特性及Z源网络不同组件容量对逆变器动态性能的影响,对准Z源逆变器在电流连续模式下进行暂态建模与分析。采用信号流图的小信号建模方法对该逆变器的DC侧建模,获得控制与输出的传递函数,为准Z源逆变器设计控制策略提供理论依据。发现传递函数存在右半平面零点,说明逆变器具有非最小相位输出的特性。利用控制与输出的传递函数研究Z源无源组件对系统零极点的影响,进而研究对系统动态性能的影响,为设计者优化参数提供依据。仿真和实验验证小信号模型的正确性和分析的合理性。In order to investigate the inherit characters of a quasi-Z-source inverter (qZSI) and the influence of Z-source passive component' s volume on dynamic performance, the transient modeling and analysis of the qZSI in continuous conduction mode are presented. The control-capacitor-vohage transfer function was obtained by deriving the ac small-signal model at dc side, and this was the theoretical basis of designing the controller of inverter. At the same time, a right-half-plane (RHP) zero was found in the derived transfer function, which could result in the inverter having an inferior non-minimum-phase transi- ent response. Utilizing control and output transfer function, Z-source passive component's influence on system zero-pole locations and its further impact on system dynamic performance are investigated. The resuits can provide basis for system parameter optimization. Last, simulation and experimental results are given to demonstrate the validity and features of these ac small-signal models.
