摘 要:为判断高温超导电机超导体及永磁体运行的稳定性,准确计算电机内的温度场十分必要。以全超导样机热性能为研究对象,首先利用时步有限元方法建立二维正弦时变电磁场模型,得到了电机定转子损耗分布。根据传热学原理,通过数值分析给出定子表面散热系数的计算方法。然后计算分析高温超导电机的温度场。通过计算结果与实测数据的对比分析,验证所给方法的正确性,得出一些有益的结论,为设计安全可靠的超导电机奠定了一定理论基础。In order to estimate operating stability of superconductors and permanent magnets in high temperature superconducting motor (HTSM), it is necessary to calculate the temperature distribution in HTSM accurately. In this paper, the thermal performance of a fully superconducting motor was investiga- ted. The 2-D sinusoidal time-varying electromagnetic field of the fully superconducting motor was analyzed by using time-stepping finite element method, and the distributions of stator and rotor losses were obtained. According to the heat transfer theories, the heat transfer coefficients of stator surfaces were proposed through the followed numerical analysis. Then, the temperature field of HTSM was calculated and analyzed. From the comparative analysis of the obtained results with the measured data, the correctness of proposed methods could be proved. Conclusions can be drawn to provide certain references for designing the safe and reliab superconducting motor.
