摘  要:为探明三角枫及其变异株在转色期叶片中色素及可溶性糖含量的变化趋势和叶片颜色发生变异的原因,以三角枫及变异株AB-04-126和AB-05-130为材料,从10月下旬至12月下旬测定了叶片叶绿素、花色素苷和可溶性糖含量。结果表明,三角枫叶片中叶绿素含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,变异材料AB-04-126叶绿素含量一直呈下降趋势,AB-05-130前期呈缓慢上升趋势,后期迅速下降;3份材料叶绿素a与叶绿素b比值均呈先上升后下降趋势,以AB-04-126变化幅度较大;叶片花色素苷含量均呈上升趋势,且AB-04-126一直处于较高水平;可溶性糖含量均呈上升趋势,最后趋于稳定。3份试材叶片花色素苷含量,与可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关。以上结果表明,叶绿素和花色素苷含量变化幅度差异可能是引起三角枫及其变异株叶片颜色表现不同的主要原因。In order to reveal the change of chlorophyll,anthocyanin and soluble sugar and the reason of leaf color variation,the contents of chlorophyll,anthocyanin and soluble sugar in the leaves of Acer buergerianum and mutant plants(AB-04-126 and AB-05-130) were measured during the color-changing period from late October to late December.The results showed that the chlorophyll content rose initially and then decreased gradually in A.buergerianum leaves,decreased gradually in mutant plants AB-04-126,and rose initially and then declined rapidly in mutant plants AB-05-130.The chlorophyll a/b rose initially and then went down,especially with a wide range in mutant plants AB-04-126.The anthocyanin content rose during the experiments,and maintained a high level in mutant plants AB-04-126.The soluble sugar content increased gradually and then assumed the tendency of stability.The anthocyanin content had negative correlations with chlorophyll content and significant positive correlations with soluble sugar content.According to these results,the change difference of chlorophyll and anthocyanin content was possibly the key factor for different leaf colors for A.buergerianum and mutant plants.
