摘 要:企业道德是企业安全发展和竞争力提升的核心要素。企业道德建设,政治制度、经济体制、地域文化等外在因素不可或缺,但作为安全发展的责任主体,企业自觉的、有计划的通过多种载体用企业所信奉和必须实践的道德理念去整合员工的思想是提高企业道德水平的一种普遍手法,也是企业道德提升的内在的、根本的动因。企业自身道德修炼的着力点,包括,在企业制度和决策中融入企业的道德观,企业管理活动中对企业道德理念的渗透,探索员工认同企业道德个性的机制等。Business morality is the core element of enterprises' safe development and competitiveness improvement. Business morality building, political system, economic system, regional culture and other extrinsic factors are indispensible, but as the subject of safe de- velopment liability, enterprises integrating the minds of staff members consciously in a planned way by various media with the moral concept that enterprises believe in and must practice is the general approach to the improvement of enterprise morality level and also the intrinsic and basic motive for the improvement of enterprise morality. The acting points for business ethics improvement consist of blending the ethics concept into enterprise system and decision- making, permeating enterprise morality concept into the management activities of enterprises and exploring the mechanism for staff members approving enterprise morality personality.
