产业结构“国际标准模式”的适用性研究:1952年～2008年中国经验的实证分析——兼对“产业结构偏差”的一个解释

摘　　要：笔者认为所谓产业结构的"国际标准模式"并不完全适用于中国。对我国1952年～2008年产业结构演进的协整检验与反应弹性值的国际比较表明,我国产业结构的演进在总的发展趋势上符合国际标准模式的一般规律,但存在明显的特殊性。影响我国产业结构演进因素本身的特殊性,导致我国产业结构演进中出现"产业结构偏差"。产业结构的"国际标准模式"在我国的适用,应该考虑时间和条件的变化。The authors think that the so-called ＂international standard pattern＂ of industrial structure is not completely applicable to Chi- na. The international comparison of the cointegration test of Chinese industrial structure evolvement with the value of the response elas- ticity in 1952 ~ 2008 reveals that Chinese industrial structure evolution conforms to the general law of international standard pattern in the total development trend but has obvious particularity. The particularity of the factors affecting our country＇ s industrial structure evo- lution has caused ＂industrial structure deviation＂ in the evolvement of our country＇s industrial structure evolution. When applying the ＂international standard pattern＂of industrial structure in our country, the changes in time and conditions should be considered.
