摘　　要：文章针对我国西部地区非物质文化遗产旅游资源的特点,尝试从开发潜力、开发条件、利益相关者因素、开发效益等方面建立西部地区非物质文化遗产旅游开发适宜性评价指标体系;并运用层次分析法(AHP)和德尔菲法(Delphi),确定指标体系各因子的权重。通过以西部地区6项手工技艺类非物质文化遗产为例进行了实证分析研究;评价结果与实例的实际情况基本吻合,说明所构建的评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和可信度。The articles base on the features of Western region intangible cultural heritage tourism resources,try to establish suitability evaluation index system of Western region intangible cultural heritage tourism development from development potential,development conditions,stakeholder factors and development effectiveness;and use AHP and Delphi to determine the weight of index system each factor.To take western region six craftsmanship intangible cultural heritage item for example,carry out empirical analysis research;evaluation results basically consistent with the actual situation of examples,show the evaluation system have a certain scientific and credibility.
