摘 要:利用高速摄像技术捕捉分离鳃中泥沙运动的图像,对两相流分离鳃内部水沙运动进行测试,描绘了分离鳃流场概化图像,证明分离鳃内有异重流现象发生。通过对分离鳃鳃片上的泥沙进行力学分析,推导出泥沙在鳃片上的运动轨迹,研究了泥沙的沉降特性,并给出泥沙沉降条件与结构设计参数β之间的关系,从力学分析的角度论证了前期物理试验中得出的结构优化参数的合理性。The water and sediment movement in a two-phase flow separation device was tested by means of the high speed camera.The general images of flow fields in the flow separation device were depicted.The phenomenon of density flows was proved to exist in the flow separation device.Through the mechanical analysis of the sediment on the flake of the flow separation device,the sediment motion path on the flake was deduced.The settlement characteristics of the sediment were investigated.The relationship between settlement condition and structural design parameter β was also studied.The rationality of the structural optimization parameter obtained by the previous physical tests was validated by use of the mechanical analysis.
